Creating a free account on 50dating.com is not an order — you only pay if you choose a Premium subscription yourself. Below you can read step by step how ordering Premium works and at which point your order becomes final.
Step 1: Choose your subscription
Go to the Premium page (via the "Upgrade" button in the menu). There you choose the subscription that suits you: Premium Basic or Premium Plus, for a period of 1, 3, 6 or 12 months. The price of each subscription is clearly stated, including VAT.
Step 2: Review your order
After making your choice, you will see an overview page with your order: the chosen subscription, the duration, any discount and the total price (including VAT). Check that everything is correct. Changed your mind? Simply go back and make a different choice — nothing has been ordered yet.
Step 3: Choose your payment method and pay
Choose your payment method (such as credit card or PayPal) and complete the payment in the secure payment environment of our Dutch payment provider Mollie. Until you complete the payment, you can cancel the order at any time; no contract is concluded and you pay nothing.
Step 4: Confirmation — your order is final
As soon as the payment is successful, your order is final and Premium is immediately active on your account. You will receive an email confirmation with all the details of your order: the subscription, the duration, the price and the renewal date.
Good to know
- 14-day cooling-off period: you can withdraw within 14 days of your order. If you have already used Premium, you pay pro rata for the period you had access.
- Renewal: after the chosen period, your subscription renews monthly at the monthly rate. You can cancel at any time, up to 48 hours before the renewal date.
- Prices: all prices stated include VAT.
