What do I get with Premium Basic?

With Premium Basic, you get access to the following benefits:

Unlimited messaging in all your conversations (please note: free members you're chatting with keep their own limit of 2, 4 or 6 messages, unless the conversation has been unlocked)
3 weekly matches, on Monday, Wednesday and Friday
Seeing who has visited your profile and who has liked you (free members only see numbers)
Read receipts (ticks)
Advanced search filters, such as children, non-smokers and education
Ability to purchase unlock credits
Priority photo approval
No adverts

What extra do I get with Premium Plus?

Premium Plus includes everything from Premium Basic, plus:

5 weekly matches, from Monday to Friday
1 free unlock credit every Monday
Video chat, with other Plus members or in unlocked conversations
Priority in search results
Anna writes profile texts for you, offers photo suggestions and creates detailed match analyses (Anna's Verdict)

Incognito browsing is not included with Premium Plus. This is a separate 24-hour pass that each member can purchase individually.

Does it matter which term I choose: 1, 3, 6 or 12 months?

No, the features are exactly the same for every term. Only the price per month differs: the longer the term, the lower the price per month.

On average, more than half of the members who find a partner on 50dating.com do so only after the first three months. This is not a guarantee, but it is something to consider when choosing your term.

How do I upgrade to Premium?

You can upgrade to Premium in several ways:

Click the green "Go Premium" or "Upgrade" button at the top right of the menu
Go to Settings → Premium Subscription
Or go directly to /upgrade

Then choose your tier (Basic or Plus) and your preferred term. You pay via Mollie, with iDEAL or Bancontact, or with credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay or Google Pay after an account check. Premium is activated immediately after payment.

Upgrading from Basic to Plus is always possible and takes effect immediately. If you wish to downgrade, this will take effect at the end of your current period. Please get in touch via the contact form for this.

How do discounts and promotional prices work?

Discounts are personal, temporary percentages that are automatically applied at checkout, if they are valid for your account. There are no discount codes that you need to enter yourself.

The discount is calculated over the total price of the chosen term (the 1-month price multiplied by the number of months). At checkout, you'll always see the exact final amount.

Bonus days, or extra free days added to your subscription, no longer exist.

As a Premium Plus member, you receive extra support: Anna writes complete profile texts for you, offers photo suggestions and creates a detailed match analysis per profile, called Anna's Verdict.
