How does a Boost work and how do I activate it?

A Boost puts your profile at the top of other members' search results for 1 hour, resulting in up to 10 times more profile visits. You will also appear in the Spotlight and in boost emails sent to matching members.

Go to Settings → Premium Features → Buy Boost.
Choose a package of 1, 5 or 10 boosts.
Then go to Settings → Profile visibility/Premium Features and click "Activate Boost".

Please note: a boost is not automatically activated after purchase, you need to activate it yourself. Purchased boosts never expire. Once started, a boost cannot be stopped. You do not need to be online during the boost. The best time to activate is in the evening between 7pm and 10pm.

If your purchased boosts do not appear on the settings page, first check your payment confirmation. If the problem persists, please contact us via the contact form.

What does an Incognito pass do and how do I activate it?

With an Incognito pass, you can browse invisibly for 24 hours. Your profile visits are not recorded and you will appear offline to others.

This is a separate purchase, independent of any subscription. Free members can also buy an Incognito pass.
An Incognito pass is not included by default with Premium Plus or any other subscription.
Purchased passes do not expire.

Here is how to buy and activate it:

Go to Settings → Premium Features → Buy Incognito, or go directly to /features/incognito.
Click "Activate Incognito Mode".

Please note: Incognito does not hide your profile itself. Other members can still find you and send you messages as normal. If you want more visibility instead, you need a Boost rather than Incognito.
