How does renewal work?
You choose your own period of 1, 3, 6 or 12 months and pay for it upfront in one go.
After your chosen period ends, your subscription automatically continues monthly at your package's monthly rate: €29.95 per month for Premium Basic or €39.95 per month for Premium Plus. This means that after your first period you're no longer tied in: you can cancel every month from then on.
Don't want your subscription to continue? Cancel it via Settings → Premium Subscription. You can do this right after your purchase, up to 48 hours before the renewal date. You'll keep access until the last day of your paid period.

Important Information
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract (the purchase of the subscription).
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us — Epic Internet B.V., Euclideslaan 171, 3584 BS Utrecht, the Netherlands, e-mail: info@50dating.com, phone: +31850653204 — of your decision to withdraw from the contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. by e-mail or by post). You may use the model withdrawal form (PDF), but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from the contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from the contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
Because your Premium subscription becomes active immediately after purchase at your request (and therefore already during the withdrawal period), if you withdraw you only pay an amount which is in proportion to the part of the service already provided at the moment you inform us of your withdrawal, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.
