Anna is an automated system, not a staff member. She can view your profile, photos, conversations, matches and subscription to give you personalised advice and answer questions about the site. Your conversations with Anna are only visible to you.
Anna cannot amend accounts, arrange refunds or forward anything to customer service. If you need help with these matters, please get in touch via the contact form.
How do I ask Anna a question?
Click or tap the pink circle with Anna's photo in the bottom right corner. Type your question and press Enter or "Send".
- Free members can ask Anna basic questions.
- Premium members get more in-depth coaching.
- Premium Plus members also get help with profile texts, photo suggestions and match analyses.
How do I contact customer service?
Customer service can be reached via the contact form on 50dating.com. This is available 7 days a week, and you'll normally receive a reply within 24 to 48 hours. Telephone support or WhatsApp is not available.
Do you have a complaint? Please submit it via the contact form as well, with a brief description and a screenshot if possible. You'll receive a substantive reply to a complaint within 3 working days, in accordance with Article 8 of the General Terms and Conditions for Dating Sites.
The contact form isn't working, what can I do?
Try the following steps if the contact form won't open or won't submit:
