Where do I find the menu on my computer?
At the top of the page on 50dating.com you'll find the main menu, from left to right:
- Dashboard
- Messages
- Search (with Recommended Members, Recently Active, Newest Members, Spotlight, Weekly Matches and Favourites)
- Activity (Overview, Visitors, Likes, Blocked Members)
- My Profile (view profile, edit, manage photos, lifestyle, verification, notifications, help and log out)
Top right you'll find the green Go Premium button, the notification bell and your profile photo. Your profile photo opens the menu with Settings , Help and Log out . Please note: My Profile in the menu bar relates to your profile, while your profile photo top right relates to your account.
Where do I find the menu on my phone or tablet?
On phone and tablet there's no longer a drop-down menu. At the top you'll find a single row of six icons, from left to right:
- Dashboard (house)
- Search (magnifying glass, with menu)
- Activity (bell, with Notifications: overview, visitors, likes, blocked members)
- Messages (chat icon)
- Settings (gear icon: account, email address, password, language, Premium Subscription, Premium Features, email preferences)
- My Profile (your profile photo: view profile, edit, manage photos, lifestyle, verification, notifications, help, log out)
Top right you'll only find the green Upgrade button.
Where do I find my settings?
On a computer, open Settings via your profile photo top right, or go directly to /settings. On phone or tablet, tap the gear icon in the menu bar at the top.
In Settings you'll find:
- Account (including the Danger Zone)
- Email address
- Password
- Language
- Premium Subscription
- Premium Features (boost, incognito, unlock credits)
- Email Preferences
Your search filters aren't in Settings, but on the search page.
How do I refresh the page?
Seeing outdated information or is a page not working as expected? Refresh the page:
- Computer: press F5, or Ctrl+R (Windows) / Cmd+R (Mac), or click the circular arrow icon next to the address bar. For a full refresh, use Ctrl+F5.
- Mobile: pull the page down and release, or select Refresh from the browser menu (three dots).
What should I do if the site isn't working or won't load?
If 50dating.com isn't loading properly, or you're seeing an error message, follow these steps in order:
- Refresh the page with Ctrl+F5.
- Clear your browser's cache. In Chrome or Edge: press Ctrl+Shift+Delete, select cached images and files, and clear them. On mobile in Chrome: three dots, Settings, Privacy, Clear browsing data.
- Try a different browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) or a private window, and check that your browser is up to date.
- Check your internet connection and restart your router if needed.
- Remove the shortcut from your home screen and add it again.

How do I take a screenshot?
Here's how to take a screenshot:
- Windows: press Print Screen (PrtScn) and paste the image into Paint with Ctrl+V, or use Windows+Shift+S to select an area.
- Mac: press Cmd+Shift+3 for the whole screen, or Cmd+Shift+4 to select an area. The image will appear on your desktop.
- iPhone: press the side button and volume up button at the same time.
- Android: press the power button and volume down button at the same time. The screenshot will then appear in your gallery.
Where do I find the Help Centre and frequently asked questions?
You'll find the Help Centre at /nl/hulp, or in Belgium at /be-nl/hulp or /be-fr/hulp. You can also reach it via the menu: on a computer via your profile photo top right and then Help, on mobile via My Profile and then Help. The older link /help no longer exists.
